sharpen and yet of a high stability and endurance, we are confident this series will become
a bestseller.
Core: Aogami Super steel, hardened to HRC63.
Cladding: Stainless steel.
Finishing: Migaki (polished)
Handle: Made of rosewood Shinogi shape, which is very dirt-resistant and
robust, with packer wood bolster.
